God's Equal Opportunity Covenant

“But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee.” Gen. 6:18

Have you ever done a study of pagan religions or false cults? In many of them there is only one way for women to be saved. A Muslim woman cannot go to Paradise unless she is married to a Muslim man. A Mormon woman cannot gain the highest celestial halls unless she is married to a Mormon man. Those are just two examples; have fun researching others.

But God is different. He made a covenant with Noah and his wife, and his sons and their wives. The covenant was equally made with man and woman both! The only Man that a woman needs to get into heaven is Jesus, but a man cannot get there any other way either. God does not exclude women; he loves them and offers them the same grace as men. Thank God that we live under the truth of His Word and not the errors of false religions and cults.

Dear Father, Thank You for saving us all the same way – through Jesus. Amen.
